Can take fir against bank person whoes pressurized me to done the Payment of processing fees after checking my all documents & now he said documents is incomplete/ not suitable for loan , your processing fee non refundable

A.Dear Client,

The processing fee is payable to Bank in advance at the time of making the application for a loan and is non-refundable even in case of rejection of the application for any deficiencies found in the course of scrutiny of a loan application.
