A company allotted me some work and sent me NDA and task order. I signed both and sent them. They paid to me for the work. I asked them for counter signed NDA and Task order. They sent counter signed NDA but in task order they removed the payment details i filled in Annexure C and sent blank Annexure C with my signature . I am asking them to send as it is. They are not sending and saying that Anexure C is just a format and your signature should be there. They are in return asking me to send me Task order again and Aadhar . How should i deal with them?

A.Dear Client,

Non-disclosure agreements(NDA) are common for businesses entering into negotiations with other businesses. They allow the parties to share sensitive information without fear that it will end up in the hands of competitors. In this case, it may be called a mutual non-disclosure agreement. and an NDA may also be referred to as a confidentiality agreement. Therefore, the NDA term depends upon the disclosure of confidential information to another party and if at all any of the Parties wants to terminate the agreement due to any reason the same should be mentioned in the agreement that either of the party may terminate the agreement by giving notice to the other party. So, if you feel anything inconsistent with the approach or attitude of the other party, may terminate the agreement by giving notice to the other party
