sir My relative had taken my credit card for use but he paid the bill fraudulently. Due to which the police slapped IPS act 420 on me. They told me that your case is in court and you have to go to court.
sir , is there any way to settlement the case outside the court if victim ready for settlement?
may i transfer this case to my district court ?
Can the victim withdraw the case from the court if we settle it outside?

1. is there any way to settlement the case outside the court if victim ready for settlement?
Ans: You can settle the matter if the other side is agreeable to your conditions.
2. may i transfer this case to my district court ?
Ans: Criminal cases cannot be transferred.
3. Can the victim withdraw the case from the court if we settle it outside?
Ans: Since it is 420 offence and charge sheet is filed so the Complainant cannot withdraw the case.
