sra property name transfer from sra sra property name transfer from sra

Dear Sir,
I had purchased one SRA property i.e shop of 225 sq feet in 2005. the
property has a clause that for 10years ie from year 2004 to 2014 no one can
buy it.
I bought the same in 2005 in spite of above. My property sale deed was duty
registered by registrar after paying stamp duty as per recknor. it was
transferred in my name by society & also share certificate was
transferred in my name.
Now i want to sell the above shop but when purchaser approached his Bank
for loan, Bank told to bring change of name from SRAi.e in my name (seller).
Can you guide me how i will be able to proceed further and what i have to
pay to SRA for name transfer.
Thanking you,
Hemant Parikh

A.Dear Client,

Having knowledge of the lock-in period of 10 years from 2004 to 2014, you bought a SRA property in 2005 and got it registered in your name as the owner of the property which is a violation of the standing rules of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority. Now on the objection from the Bank to sanction a loan to the prospective buyer of the said property, you need to contact the regulatory authority i.e, SRA for changing the name as an Owner/Seller of the said property.
