If there is any manufacturing defect is noticed soon after the sale of the vehicle, then you can approach the Seller Dealer for replacement of the defective product, on the refusal either by the dealer or manufacturer, you need to file a complaint under Consumer Protection Act before the Dist. Consumer Court claiming either for replacement of defective vehicle by new one or refund of the entire purchase money for the supply of defective products along with compensation for harassment.
