A.Dear client,
You should immediately approach the concerned cyber cell department where the complaint has been lodged against your bank account along with an advocate. Meet with the Investigating Officer and enquire about the exact complaint and try lodging a counter complaint

A.Dear Client,
Once an order from Cyber cell instructing the Bank to freeze an account of any account holder having a suspicious fraud transaction, the account remained inoperative/froze and until and unless an order is issued by Cyber Cell on completion of the investigation into a fraud transaction/reported to cyber crime withdrawing their earlier order, the account can not be made operative by the concerned Bank in absence of an order of cyber cell acquitting you from the scams. So pursue the matter with the Cyber Cell and Bank and cooperate with them for an early resolution in the matter.
