HR refusal to give PIP documentation HR refusal to give PIP documentation

I was put on PIP & then forced to resign based on PIP failure. Now its been 2 months since I asked them for PIP documentation alongwith F&F settlement details which they never provided. And even recently when I again asked them, the HR pretended not to understand regarding F&F statement & marked a cc to everyone asking to settle my dues. It is then that I wrote what exactly I asked for & how it was wrongly misconstrued & marked a cc to those very same people. Only after I sent a stong mail was I given a solution which was so far being dodged. Though when I asked her the PIP documentation, she refused outright & when I asked her to give me the reason, she just referred to the earlier mail & once again refused to give me the PIP documentation. Please suggest what I should do. Now I doubt the very grounds & their intentions on which they all framed me. Please suggest what I should do & how I should get my PIP documentation from them

A.Dear client,
Please send a legal notice to the company asking for your PIP documentation. If that doesn't workout, please file a complaint before the concerned labour commissioner

A.Dear Client,
An employee or even probationer can tender his resignation from the service of a Company following the terms or contract of employment. If the terms of employment require advance notice for a certain period that varies from Company to Company for tendering resignation and on non-compliance or breach of said provision of the contract of employment by the employee, a Company can deny his relieving letter and F & F Settlement. So, go through the terms or contract of employment and if it appears to you that there is no breach on your part then serve a legal notice to the Company and file a complaint before the concerned Labour Commissioner against the Company for arbitrary and unfair labour practice to redress your grievance.
