Regarding data entry payment

Sir I work for a data entry company online i completed the work with 91%and pay 4000 for new id as my forms are blank and 6000 for clearing the NOc .now the company said that the payment is on holding it may take 7 days - and max 21 days .they said that after doing the payment the salary in your bank account within 2 hrs..but now they said it take 21 days they say to wait me for 21 days..how can I get my salary back
