Ground Water tank under under RERA

We are having 4 wing in our society in Pune. Builder has provided the water connection to our C wing from a tank nearby to D wing from 2018. Now D wing is completed and D wing also has their water connection from the same ground tank and builder got the NOC from local municipality PCMC for the D wing for same tank and asking us to shift the water connection from existing tank to other ground tank in the campus. Can we reach out to RERA in order to stop him from doing so ? Our question is how did builder got the NOC for the same tank if C wing was already connected and tank has only capacity sufficient for one wing. Please advise.

You need to file a mass complaint both before RERA and the Municipal Authority for a proper resolution in the matter. You can also escalate the grievance against the Builder before the Public Grievance Cell of Dist. Magistrate office. You can also bring the irregularities to the notice of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs of the State for redressal of your grievance.
