I have two false FIR. One includes my name on charge sheet and other has my name only on FIR so is one quash petition enough for both the fir?

A.Dear client,
If you have two FIRs then you must file a separate petition for both the FIRs to quash them. Please apply to the relevant Court under section 482 of the CrPC to get your FIR quashed
