My wife cheats me by staying in hostel without my consent or knowledge

Hello all,
My wife had a illegal sexual relationship with a guy. I found that and caught my wife red handed and reported to her mother. She dosent have father. After that I took her to my parents house along with her mother to sort the issue. She asked sorry and said she will not do that again. Then we came back to Chennai. In January 2023 my mother in law forced us to move to her native and live there so that we can avoid the rental expenses that we spend in chennai. She told us to resign the jobs in chennai and find a new one in her native (Vellore). My wife and i were working in chennai. I told my wife to resign the job and start preparing for her CA exams which she had kept pending for the last 6 years. She said that she needs to serve a notice period for 1 month and will resign by january 31st 2023. Later she told that her MD requested her to continue the employment under work from home method till March 31st (for financial closure). By the time I went to delhi to take care of my parents as they fell sick. when i was delhi for 3 months, i came to know that my wife is still continuing her job. I asked my mother in law about this and she said that she is working from home and visiting her office once in a week and will releive once a replacement is taken for my wife's position. On starting of this month i came to know through my relatives that my wife is staying in a hostel without my consent or knowledge and still working for that company. As this came to my knowledge from very well trusted relative, i called up the HR person of my wife's company and enquired about why she hasnt been releived from the services yet. I got an reply that my wife is coming to the office only on Tuesday and Saturday just to train the newly recruited person. I have the call record. But accidentaly on a Wednesday i saw my wife leaving her office premises along with another colleague, boarded a share auto and travelled abt 3 kms to a Hostel where she went inside and never came out. after this incident i just called my mother in law and asked where is my wife and she said she is in her room working. I asked her to give the phone to her, but she denied that she is on some call and will ask her to call back. But my wife never called me again.
Now it is very clear that my wife, the company HR person and my mother in law are lying to me. Also i came accross the internet that in women's hostel no admission should be provided to any person if their husband or immediate family resided in the same area or city.
what kind of action should i take now. Can i file a FIR against the company HR and my wife and mother in law?

Still i would consider to forgive my wife's sin and accept her to live with me. The problem is i have a doubt on my mother in law. I think she is the one who forcing my wife to take wrong decisions at time in favour of her desires. My wife though she did a mistake was not clever enough to hide all the evidences. During the time when we were a normal life, she followed all the poojas and rituals that needs to be followed on spl occasions. This character change is been noted only after March 2022. I suspect whether my mother in law is triggering her from behind. Is there any action that i can against my mother in law which will make my wife to speak why she is doing all this? Bcos till now my mother in law is supporting and covering my wife's mistake and trying to blame me for everything.
