A.Dear Client,
In case you are a contractual worker under a Company of organized sector then on the basis of your eligibility you are covered by the Social Securities Act, like ESI, EFP etc. Complete medical care and attention are provided by the scheme to the employee registered under the ESI Act, 1948 at the time of his incapacity, restoration of his health and working capacity. You need to verify the status of your company where you serving for the last 12 years on a contract basis and take the information from the concerned authorities to get rid of your crisis. Or else you can contact few NGO's who share their dedicated service for the cancer patient.
