A.Dear Client,
The promotion of an employee in an organization is dealt in accordance with the promotion policy that involves various factors for consideration and is treated as a prerogative of the management. So, to establish a complaint over alleged discrimination in the matter of promotion is a very difficult task for the aggrieved employee. Only in case of deviation in the promotion policy of the organization and discrimination in the selection process violating the provision of established promotion policy is challengable before the concerned Authority or Court. In the prevailing situation, you possess sufficient evidence that supports your grievance, then you need to visit the office of the Labour Commissioner concerned for redressal of your grievance by making a complaint against the Company over alleged discrimination in the matter of promotion.

A.Dear client,
This is clearly a case of workplace discrimination. No employer can show favouritism/partiality without any justified reason. Please file a complaint before the labour commissioner for grievance redressal
