A.Hi client,

This type of fraud is very common these days. Review the said form from an advocate, if the said form/ contract is found to be false and frivolous you might not worry. You can send them a legal notice and also should get a general diary lodged against them in your local police station. Try to avoid them as much as possible.

Thanks and Regards

A.Dear client,

It appears that you may have fallen victim to a scam. Here are some steps you should take immediately:

Do Not Pay: Do not pay any money to the scammers. It is crucial not to give in to their demands or threats.

Block Communication: Block the scammers' phone numbers, emails, or any other means they used to contact you.

Inform Your Bank: If you provided your bank details to the scammers, contact your bank immediately and inform them about the situation. They can help you monitor your account for any suspicious activity and take necessary precautions.

Report the Scam: Report the incident to your local law enforcement agency or cybercrime cell. Provide them with all the information you have, including phone numbers, emails, and any documents they sent you.

Protect Your Identity: Since you shared your Aadhar card, be vigilant about the possibility of identity theft. Keep an eye on any unusual activities related to your identity and report them to the relevant authorities.

Educate Yourself: It's important to be cautious and vigilant when dealing with unknown job offers or any requests for personal information. Legitimate companies usually do not ask for payment from candidates during the hiring process.

Seek Legal Advice: If you have any concerns or doubts about the situation, consult with a lawyer to understand your rights and options.

Remember, legitimate job offers do not require candidates to make payments or share personal information like Aadhar cards during the hiring process. Be cautious and verify the authenticity of any job offers or communications you receive from unknown sources.

It's unfortunate that scams like this exist, but taking prompt action can help protect yourself from further harm. Always prioritize your safety and security when dealing with unfamiliar situations online or over the phone.
