A.Dear Client,
A relationship between an employee and employer governed by the terms and conditions of the offer/appointment letter. In case the terms of your offer letter require a certain period of advance notice before tendering resignation then you are duty bound to comply with the same. So, you need to go through the terms and conditions of your offer letter to access the reason behind the inaction on the part of management in the disbursement of your F & F Settlement dues. So, whatever be the reason, an employer cannot withhold the F & F settlement dues in the absence of any specific stipulation in the contract of employment that amounted to unfair labour practice. In the prevailing situation, reach out to the Office of the concerned Labour Commissioner and represent your case suitably with all your papers to resolve your grievance. As regards deduction and deposit of PF contribution, you may bring the matter to the notice of the Regional PF Commissioner through a written complaint.

A.Dear client,
understand your situation, and it can be frustrating not to receive a response from the company regarding your security deposit and provident fund. Here are some steps you can consider taking to try and resolve the issue:

Written Communication: Send an official email or letter to the HR Manager and other relevant authorities in the company. Clearly state your concern about the security deposit deduction and the pending provident fund credit. Mention the dates when you followed up previously and the lack of response you've received.

Gather Evidence: Make sure you have all relevant documents and evidence to support your claim, such as payslips showing the security deposit deductions, and any communication with the HR Manager regarding the matter.

Contact Higher Management: If you don't receive a response from the HR Manager, try contacting higher management or the finance department of the company. Provide them with the details of your issue and attempts to reach a resolution.

Legal Assistance: If your attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company are unsuccessful, you may consider seeking legal advice from an employment lawyer. They can guide you on the appropriate steps to take and represent you if needed.

Labor Department Complaint: Depending on your country's labor laws and regulations, you may have the option to file a complaint with the labor department or relevant employment authorities. They can investigate the matter and help mediate a resolution.

Online Grievance Portals: Some countries have online portals where employees can lodge complaints against employers for issues like non-payment of dues. Check if such a portal exists in your country and utilize it if available.
