A.Dear Client,
If in case in your contract of employment, a term is stipulated stating that you have to quit your employment if your appraisal of performance reports shows poor and deficiency in performance and your employment stands terminated without any prior notice or information, then the Company is not obliged to consider your any appeal for consideration. But for that reason, an employer cannot harass or victimize an employee which amounted to unfair labour practice. So go through the terms of the offer letter that governs the relationship between an employee and his employer and if you found no such clause or stipulation in your offer letter, then reach out to the office of the concerned Labour Commissioner to file a complaint against the Company for victimization and unfair labour practice for redressal of your grievance.
