A.Dear Client,
In the prevailing situation, make a written complaint over alleged harassment by the recovery agents to the concerned Bank issued Credit Cards and file an online complaint for the same cause of action to the Grievance Cell of RBI in the web link: https://cms.rbi.org.in/cms or contact RBI Toll-Free Number 14448 and lodge a compliant over alleged harassment by recovery agents of the concerned Bank. RBI has issued orders/advisories refraining Bank/NBFC, strictly from taking any coercive or forceful action deploying the recovery agents to recover the dues from the defaulter credit card holders/loanee or Surety/Guarantor. Alternatively, an email can be sent to [email protected]. A complaint under the scheme does not hold good unless a written complaint was made to the concerned Bank/entity and was wholly or partly rejected by the entity, or the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution offered by the entity. In case you are experiencing such kind of illegal treatment/harassment from the recovery agents of the Bank then follow the above guidelines, failing which get in touch with an Advocate with all your papers/document for guidance and for taking necessary steps to resolve the issue in accordance with the provision of relevant laws

A.Dear client,
It is very unpleasant to hear that recovery agents use such language and methods to recover the due amount from the customer.
You can try recording such threatening calls, as it can be kept as a proof.
If the bank is stepping out of their rules or directions as specified by RBI, then you can file a complaint with RBI or file an injunction suit in the competent court
