A.Dear Client,
Having no relationship or identity as an employee of the Company in the absence of any contract or offer letter, you are free to tender your resignation at any time putting a written application and taking a counter receipt of that application. Even in the absence of any contract or offer letter, you can not claim your dues on resignation as a matter of right if the same is denied by your employer. Just you need a proof of leaving the service of the Company.

A.Dear client,
In India, workers are free to leave their jobs at any moment. However, they are required to give notice in accordance with their job contract or corporate policy. An employee may need to resign promptly and without giving notice in some situations, such as those involving harassment, discrimination, or medical issues.
