Lien amount by ICICI Bank

Dear Sir,
My ICICI Bank amount has been marked lien. I inquired from the bank the reason shown by then it is done on order of cybercrime police. But not shown in details about it Then what actions I have to take in next?

If they are not listening to you then you have to serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either justify your actions with the copy of the complaint and give the right to use the money. If want to proceed legally then you can forward a written complaint to the PS of your area.

A.Dear Client,
Once an order from Cyber cell instructing the Bank to freeze an account of any account holder, the account remained inoperative/froze and until and unless an order is issued by Cyber Cell on completion of the investigation into a fraud transaction/reported cyber crime withdrawing their earlier order, the account can not be made operative by the concerned Bank. So pursue the matter with the Cyber Cell and cooperate with them for an early resolution in the matter.
