A.Dear Client
You left the company without serving notice in terms of the contract of employment which amounted to a breach of contract and the company can take legal action against you claiming compensation for damage that was caused by your sudden abandonment of the job without notice violated the terms of the contract and caused a financial loss to the Company apart from other setbacks that may affect your career too.

A.Dear client,
The company has the right to send a legal notice and dismiss the absconding employee if there is no response within 15 days of the notice letter issuance.
But holding salary during notice period is basically illegal.

A.Dear Sir,
It is illegal notice you may either reply it or just neglect the same. The company cannot proceed against you in any manner if proceeded then take the help of the Advocate and see that such case is thrown out.
