I passed my 10th in 2017. However in 2019, I failed in 12th. In 2020 I passed in the exam. I have one year gap (2019-20). I want to make gap affadavit certificate for the issue but I don't want to mention the reason "reattempt" or "fail". Can I mention "unavoidable circumstances" or "personal challenges"?

A.Dear Client,
A false statement made in a declaration/Affidavit sworn before an oath commissioner and receivable as evidence by law is a criminal offense and punishable under Sec.199 of the Indian Penal Code. Whoever, corruptly uses or attempts to use any such certificate as a true certificate, knowing the same to be false in any material point, shall be punished u/s.199 of IPC in the same manner as if he gave false evidence. Being the above proposition of law and its impact, review your decision to make an affidavit hiding the fact which may put you in trouble letter on and to face legal consequences. Consult with an Advocate for guidance and steps.
