I have booked a plot in a colony and paid 75% amount.
60% in white and 40% in cash. Anyway i lost interest in property and the builder advised me to transfer it to other party before registration. So i got ready and he transferred my plot to other party and made agreement with my permission.

He got payment from 2nd party but now delaying my payment.

What can be done as I have paid around 40%in cash.
Pls guide
