A.Dear Client,
If both the job and professional course require regular attendance at the time scheduled, then you cannot pursue both at a time, even neither your employer nor your University shall allow or permit you for the same. However, if your course is conducted beyond office hours or it is a distance mode/correspondence course, then you can make an appeal before both authorities for consideration. Otherwise, you have to choose one out of two whichever is important to you.

A.Dear Client,
The eligibility criteria for a government job, including positions obtained through the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) in Kerala, can vary depending on the specific job and its requirements. To determine whether there might be any issues with joining the job you obtained through the PSC LDC (Lower Division Clerk) exam while studying a professional course under Kerala University of Health Sciences, you should consider the following factors:

Job Requirements: Review the job notification or advertisement for the specific position you were selected for. This document should outline the eligibility criteria, including educational qualifications and any specific requirements. Check if it mentions anything about ongoing education or pursuing professional courses.

Educational Leave or Study Leave: Some government organizations may offer educational or study leave to employees who wish to pursue further education while employed. This can allow you to temporarily leave your job to complete your studies and then return to your position. However, the availability of such leave may vary by employer and position.

Dual Enrollment Rules: In some cases, government rules and regulations may restrict dual enrollments, which means you may not be allowed to hold certain government jobs while simultaneously pursuing specific professional courses. These rules can vary by state and profession.

Consult the KPSC: If you have concerns about your specific situation, it's advisable to contact the Kerala Public Service Commission directly or visit their website for information on eligibility criteria and any specific rules related to your situation. They can provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date guidance.

Legal Advice: If you're unsure about the rules and regulations and whether your pursuit of a professional course will affect your government job, consider seeking legal advice from a qualified attorney who specializes in employment law or government regulations in Kerala.

Ultimately, the feasibility of pursuing your professional course while holding a government job obtained through KPSC will depend on the specific job, its requirements, and the policies of the employing department or agency.
Thank you.
