A.Dear Client,
It appears that being allured by the fake advertisement of the online data entry job, you accepted the job assignment by signing the agreement online. Once you accept the job offer you are trapped by the digital fraudsters to extort money from you on either pretext with ulterior motives which is a criminal offense both under I T Act and IPC. So, just ignore their message, text or contact and block all the contact or connection. However, on receipt of any threat calls or messages demanding money for breach of contract citing Sec.,72,73,74 of the Contract Act, 1872, and Section 73 makes provision for unliquidated damages (not stipulated in a contract), Section 74 deals with liquidated damages (stipulated in a contract) and no compensation is attracted for mere breach of contract u/s.73. 74 of the Act unless such breach resulted in an actual loss or damage to the opposite party. Section 27 of the Indian Contract Act,1872 prohibits any agreement in restraint of trade and profession. The law states that an agreement will be illegal only if it restrains someone from exercising a lawful profession/ trade/ business. As per the mandate of Section 27, any terms and conditions of an agreement/contract that directly or indirectly compels the employee to serve the employer or puts a restriction on them joining the competitor or other employer is not valid. The employee has the right to resign from the employment even if he has agreed or accepted the offer to serve the employer for a specific period of time and the employer cannot claim compensation for breach of contract unless such breach resulted in an actual loss or damage to the employer. So, in the prevailing situation, you should inform the matter to local police station and Cyber Crime cell and serve a legal notice to their referred link/email/official address. So, as explained above, in the given situation, serve a legal notice to the fraud entities before they serve you and bring the scam to the notice of the Police Station and Cyber Crime Cell with all the relevant documents, including a copy of the agreement you signed accepting the offer and sources of their contact to enable the investigating authority to find out the fraudsters and take appropriate action against them.

A.Dear client,
These fake data entry jobs firms are eligible to be sued under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC. Filing an FIR against these companies is the ultimate answer.
