If a man is continuously abusing a lady who is much older than him and saying that he will do her rape then and lady complaint about the matter but police leave the victim after 24 hours because he was drunked and said that he was drunked so whatever he did was not a crime then what should lady do next?

The police will record the information and then transfer it to the police station nearest to the crime scene. This is known as Zero FIR.
