Now my husband is time passing now he wants to transfer all his cases from Guntur to Rajahmundry stating that he is having life threat. But these all are false allegations and also I have a 3 years old baby which I cannot stay there.. did court reject all this transfer cases by considering me and my daughter? What is the success rate of rejection or approved of his transfer cases.. I don’t know what should I do in these situations and he is mentally harassing me and my baby.. I am so panicking.. please help me out..

Opposing Transfer of Cases: In family law matters, it is possible to oppose the transfer of cases from one jurisdiction to another. You should consult with your attorney to build a strong argument against the transfer based on the best interests of you and your child. Your attorney can present evidence and arguments to demonstrate why the cases should remain in their current jurisdiction.

Child's Best Interests: Emphasize to the court that relocating the cases to a different jurisdiction would not be in the best interests of your child. Highlight the child's age, routine, school, and any other factors that show why staying in the current jurisdiction is essential for the child's well-being.

Evidence and Documentation: Gather evidence and documentation that supports your position. This may include affidavits, witness statements, medical records, or any other relevant documents that can strengthen your case against the transfer.
