Iam applying data entry job and not completed the work and this work men is legal notice and police in home
A.Dear Client,
When you join the Company for online data entry job then you must have a copy of your offer letter and if that offer letter is silent on the subject or without any specific terms stating that in case you leave the job before the assigned period, you have to pay compensation for damage or financial loss caused to the company for leaving the job incomplete and without notice, then the Company cannot take any legal action for recovery of said money from an ex-employee. Section 73 of the Contract Act, 1872 makes provision for unliquidated damages. Section 74 deals with liquidated damages and no compensation is attracted for mere breach of contract u/s.73. 74 of the Act unless such breach resulted in an actual loss or damage to the opposite party employer. If you receive any threat or legal action from the Company or police reach you on a vague complaint, then share all the relevant documents and information with the Police and reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
