A.Dear Client,
Apart from other reasons, like KYC non-compliance, PAN Aadhaar link with the account etc, a bank account is also frozen by the Bank on the instruction of the Cyber Crime Cell on receipt of a complaint of a fraudulent transaction. This means that the account holder cannot access the funds in the account, and cannot make any transactions. The account shall remain inoperative/frozen until the cybercrime incident is investigated and resolved. To unfreeze or to make your account operative, you need to contact your bank as well as Cyber Cell. They will be able to tell you more about the cybercrime incident and what you need to do to resolve the matter extending your cooperation ASAP.

Contact Your Bank: As soon as you are aware that your account is frozen, contact your bank or visit a local branch. Ask for details about why your account was frozen.
Understand the Reason: Determine the exact reason for the freeze. Your bank should provide this information, whether it's due to suspicious activity, an overdrawn account, legal issues, or another reason.
Provide Necessary Documentation: If the freeze is due to a compliance issue, you may be asked to provide documentation, such as proof of identity, proof of income, or other documents to verify your account information.
Resolve the Issue: If the freeze is related to a specific issue, work to resolve it. This could include repaying overdrafts, addressing fraudulent transactions, or complying with legal requirements. Follow your bank's guidance in this regard.
Regards
