Email is valid to sent notice to cooperative housing society
A.Dear Sir,
In many cases notice sent through Email is not being considered because proving the Email of that particular Society is very difficult. Better send notice through registered post as well to be on safer side.

A.Dear Client,
Email is a legally valid mode of communication, So a notice sent by a cooperative housing society to its resident members for all purposes is valid and enforceable

Yes, in many cases, email can be a valid method for sending notices to a cooperative housing society. However, it's essential to ensure that the cooperative housing society has previously consented to receiving notices via email. This agreement is typically stated in the society's bylaws or rules and regulations.
