A.Dear Client,
In absence of supporting evidences, a complaint of misbehaviour that also termed as professional misconduct, either against the co-employee or HOD may not hold good any where, instead it may be a cause of back fire to you for lack of proof and dragging the matter to the Court. So, in case you possess strong and cogent reason behind such mishaviour of Team Leader that hurts your professional dignity then you need to bring the matter to the notice of higher authority so that if if happens again with you in future you can take up the matter strongly with management for a resolution seeking action under the standing policy of disciplinary procedure of the Company.

A.Dear Client,
If the issue is not resolved within the company or if you continue to feel threatened, you may want to engage a lawyer. If you believe your safety is at risk, your lawyer can explore the possibility of obtaining restraining orders or protective orders against the individual making threats. You can also file a complaint with the local police.

A.Hi client,

Inform about the same to the main authority and all the other employees. Lodge an FIR and if not an FIR lodge a General Diary before the local Police Station of your area.
