HDFC bank suddenly makes my bank account balance -13 lacs

I have a salary account in HDFC bank.There were around 3 lac rupees in my bank account till about two hours ago.Suddenly all my cash transactions failed and account. balance started showing -13 lac rupees.
I checked my account.
My bank account's closing statement shows 288810 rupees which is what it should be.
The actual bank balance is -13,04,223 rupees, and this has happened to me on the day of Diwali.
There is no warning, no SMS, no Email, No phone absolutely nothing and i have left nuthiin in my account!!.
I have written to hdfc bank helpline and to banking ombudsman.
Banking ombudsman redirected my application to hdfc bank stating that i should go there first..
And here i am in the. middle of the night trying to see what i can do.
Please help..
In the prevailing situation, you need to make a written complaint to the concerned Bank asking the reason behind the negative bank balance in your account. You can also file an application u/s.6(1) read with Sec.11 of the RTI Act to the Central Public Officer(CPIO), RBI. In case no positive response clarifying the anomaly is received from the concerned authority, serve a strong legal notice to the Bank. You can also register complaints under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme of RBI when you have already registered your complaint to the concerned bank or NBFC and it has been rejected by them or doesn’t get any answer within 30 days. You have to visit https://cms.rbi.org.in website to register an online complaint for any matter related to banks. you can also make a complaint through email to the Centralized Receipt and Processing Center notified by RBI. For this, you have to write your complaint and send it by email to [email protected] after attaching all the documents. If you want to register the complaint in physical form, you can send the complaint along with all the necessary documents to the mentioned address. Reserve Bank of India, 4th Floor, Sector 17, Chandigarh - 160017. Apart, you can also make a complaint against the Bank under the Consumer Protection Act before the Dist. Consumer Commission for deficiency in service claiming compensation for harassment and cost of litigation. Complaint should be filed within two hears of cause of action Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps whenever required after exhausting the above steps and remedies ASAP.
