A.Dear Client,
Failure to disclose a material fact such as a past homicide can have significant legal consequences for the seller. The buyer may be entitled to rescind the contract of sale and seek damages from the seller. In some cases, the seller may even face criminal charges for fraud or misrepresentation. Under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, a seller has a duty to disclose all material facts that may affect the buyer's decision to purchase the property. Failure to do so can constitute a breach of contract and may lead to legal action.

A.Dear Sir,
You need not disclose unless such case is still pending and you are selling the house with an intention to not to disclose your address in future.
