A.Dear Sir,
Your husband has to file partition suit immediately. You may try for Death Certificate from the concerned Authority if not given then file application under relevant provision of law as interim application in the partition suit thus the concerned authority has to submit copy of Death Certificates to the Court.

A.Dear Client
If there is a will in place, the process of obtaining probate (legal validation of the will) may be necessary. If there is no will, the legal process for intestate succession will apply. Understand the legal heirs and the rules of succession applicable in your jurisdiction. The order of inheritance is typically defined by law and may involve spouses, children, and other close relatives. If your husband's uncle is withholding the death certificates, you may need to explore legal options to obtain them. Death certificates are crucial for legal processes related to inheritance. If the property needs to be divided among legal heirs, the process of partition may be initiated. This process involves dividing the property among the heirs according to their legal entitlement.
