I am a widow prior marrying to Kiran and have daughter of 7 years old, Kiran told me he is a divorce and we got married in 2019 and i have a daughter with kiran born in 2020 and I got to know he is not a divorcee and living with his first wife and son and later it is decided that he will be in my home for 3 days and 4 days there and in Aug 2023 i got conceived and due to some financial issues he did not come home for 2 consecutive weeks later he promised to come on 15 sep,2023 and from there onwards is no calls or whatsapp response and now i am entering into 4 month pregnancy already my neighbours started to ask where abouts of my husband and hence i feel helpless and unsecured about the unborn child and the child's future and i have none to be with me during my labour i am really worried. So can i go and start living with my husband in his house(own house) his first wife lives with him there.

A.Dear Client
If your husband misrepresented his marital status before marriage, it could have legal implications. you can take legal action by showing how this may affect your marriage and any potential legal actions you may consider. Given that you have a daughter and are expecting another child, it's important to consider the well-being of the children. If you are facing any form of domestic violence or abandonment, legal avenues such as filing a complaint or seeking protection orders may be explored.
