Regarding Wife not returning from her parents house

My wife went for delivery in april 2016 and has not returned to my parents home. Due to some issues i had agreed to stay with her in parents home but due to constant spats and lack of privacy i have left her come back to parents. i have requested so many times to comeback so that we take new house and start fresh life but she and her parents are not interested with this proposal.
