Unauthorised bank account freeze

Hi,
My bank account has been freeze by bank as there was a notice from Enforcement agency and the notice was only for a small disputed amount but bank has put my entire account at debit freeze.when I ask to unfreeze disputed amount bank is saying until revocation letter from cyber police will not receive we will not unfreeze account. What should I do in this situation? I try to connect with cyber police of gujrat for revocation but they are not responding. I am resident of uttar pradesh and can't travell to gujrat for revocation letter. How I should get my account unfreeze?
