Wrong 498 a case

Dear sir
My wife filed 498 a case on me and my parents and my sister and my brother in law, her father working as a asi in the same station. After filling case immediately they have filed fir without consulting us and they have not listened our version and si is calling us and he was threatening that i will arrest all of you without serving notice as section 498 a non bailable and he was also telling that he will remand us. What are the protections available for us please guide us. This is totally false case
