Offer letter not honored Offer letter not honored

I was given a offer letter to join by Reliance HQ. However, since receiving the offer letter, no communication was put forth by RIL. I have tried reaching out to them but no one responded. Nearly a year passed, and there was a new link on RIL website to check offer letters, and the offer letter was mentioned as AUTHENTIC. I also received a reply from the authenticator that I may receive a call back but none received to date. Can I file a suit?

Attempt to contact the Human Resources (HR) department or the relevant department mentioned in your offer letter. Clearly express your concerns and inquire about the status of your employment. If you haven't already, send an email to the HR department detailing your situation, attaching a copy of your offer letter. Request clarification on the status of your employment and express your concerns about the lack of communication. Keep a record of all your communication attempts, including emails, phone calls, and any responses you receive. These records may be useful in case you need to escalate the matter.

it is quite surprising that after issuing an offer letter they have not called you for joining. Did you send them acceptance mail to this offer? If yes then share your communications with them along with the offer letter so that we can review and initiate legal action, if any

A.Dear Client,
First of all let me know the cause of action that provokes you to litigate the matter because, in the absence of any cause of action, you can neither litigate the matter nor, claim relief from the Court. On receipt of an offer letter from a brand MNC like RIL when you failed to reach out to them despite multiple attempts and received no further communication from them, you being a candidate need to visit the office of RIL personally to verify the matter but instead of resuming your job or place of reporting for your assignment you keep yourself waiting for further communication from the company that neither makes any sense nor a cause of action for the purpose of litigation before the Court. In the given situation, even if you go for litigation, that may not yield any desired relief to you. It may be noted that recruitment, selection, appointment, promotion etc are governed by well established policy of an establishment and considered prerogatives of the management and cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
