Fraud transaction from Credit Card Standard Chartarted Bank

Fraud Transaction from Credit Card on 30.06.2023 by my hacked phone, Complaint with Customer Care SCB, Cyber Crime Portal online, Dahisar Police Station, SCB Bank and RBI Ombudsman.Also so many mails to them. They are sending me statement for making the payments. I am 66 years old Senior Citizen and Heart Patient. Please advise me. Thanking you
A.Dear Sir, You share the copy of the complaint to your bank and apprise them of the situation asking/requesting them to hold on till the investigation by agencies are going on. If they don't listen to you then please get back to is we shall send them a legal notice.

From the contents of your query, it transpires that despite your tireless efforts to resolve the crisis caused by a fraudulent transaction from your hacked credit card by default, your grievance still remains unattended and unresponded by the concerned authorities and instead of resolving the dispute, they are insisting and pressurizing for payment of dues lying outstanding against your credit card transaction. As per RBI guidelines, Customer Liability in Unauthorised Electronic Banking Transactions, if someone has fraudulently withdrawn money from your bank account, inform your bank immediately. When you notify the bank, remember to take acknowledgment from your bank. The bank has to resolve your complaint within 90 days from the date of receipt. However, If the transaction has happened because of your negligence, that is, because of your sharing your password, PIN, OTP , etc., you will have to bear the loss till you report it to your bank. If the fraudulent transactions continue even after you have informed the bank, your bank will have to reimburse those amounts. If you delay the reporting, your loss will increase and it will be decided based on the RBI guidelines and the policy approved by your bank's board. Due to the sophisticated tactics that hackers use to cover their tracks, it's extremely difficult to catch them and bring them to justice. Only 5% of cybercriminals are apprehended for their crimes which demonstrates just how challenging it is for law enforcement agencies to arrest and prosecute these offenders.
