A.Dear Client,
If you're open to discussing this situation with your current husband, you might consider persuading him to file for an annulment of your marriage, benefiting all three parties involved (yourself, your husband, and your boyfriend).
An annulment can be pursued within the first year of marriage, with the petition stating that conjugal acts were not performed. Given your circumstances, you have valid grounds for seeking an annulment. If your husband is unwilling to cooperate, you have the option to file for an annulment against your husband within the first year of your marriage. However, if you delay, you may need to pursue a divorce after the first year has passed.

A.Dear client,

If you are willing to inform this situation to you current husband then you may try to convince your husband to file an annulment of your marriage for the sake of all three of you( you, your husband, your boyfriend).

Annulment of marriage can be filed within one year of marriage and you have to mention in your annulment petition that you and your husband did not perform conjugal acts. Understanding your situation, you have all the ground for filing annulment.

If your husband does not agree to this, you can file for annulment of your marriage by yourself against your husband within one year of your marriage. If you delay then you may have to file for divorce after one year.
