A.Dear Client,
The validity of requiring staff to attend online meetings after regular working hours depends on the employment terms and local labor laws. Employers generally have the right to schedule work-related activities during reasonable working hours, and this may include virtual meetings. However, forcing employees to work excessively long hours may be subject to labor laws and regulations. If such extended online meetings become a regular occurrence and impact work-life balance, employees may have grounds to raise concerns. It's advisable for the affected staff to check their employment contracts, company policies, and relevant labor laws in their jurisdiction. If the situation persists or appears to be a violation, employees may consider discussing the matter with HR, management, or seeking legal advice to understand their rights and options. Also, in every working industry there is the seperate labour union set up for the following same concerns you can even reach out to the labour union people for you rights and they can even go for appropriate legal actions against the bank.
Thankyou
