Advice to legal proceddings Advice to legal proceddings

I have been constantly requesting the Byjus team to cancel my subscription for the past 3 months which was bought through EMI due to financial issues in the family. One time a representative contacted me and asked for cancellation charge (6500 which included the EMI for a month) to proceed with the cancellation. I paid up the EMI (4583) and waited for the link to pay up the remaining amount to cancel. After paying the EMI the representative went M.I.A. Recently after 3 months another representative contacted me to pay 7500 if I want to cancel the subscription. How should I clear this problem through legal ways.

A.Dear Client,
Byjus being an educational service provider is accountable to his student customers for any deficiency in service or unfair trade practice. Reach out to an Advocate for serving a legal notice to the Byjus and for filing a complaint against them under the Consumer Protection Act before the Consumer Court claiming a refund of the entire course fees, along with compensation for harassment. The complaint should be filed within two years of the date of the cause of action.
