Credit Card Matter- District Consumer Forum

The President of the District Forum suggests that I compromise with the credit card company though there had been a fraudulent debit during the Covid Lock down time. Whom shall I complain about this about the President.
I had filed a case against a credit card company for deficiency in service in a District forum. It is a matter when there was complete lock down few years back. I had received a SMS that my reward points will expire and asked me to login to the site which I did and fed the details. This was around 11 a.m.. After that I went for a nap after taking medicines. At 5 pm when I switched on the mobile, i found that there were three SMS with the details of the online transaction and their OTP numbers. I rang up the credit card customer care and blocked the card. When I receive the statement after few days, I saw that the card company had debited three amounts, though one of the debits were different from the message I received with OTP. I had filed a case in a District consumer forum. Nobody from the credit card company had ever been present. During the last date the President of the forum (Judge) asked me "Why don't you compromise?". I feel the President is not doing his job properly since he had not even gone through the matter and is suggesting me to compromise. Whom I can approach about this since I would like to place this on record.
You need not compromise and file a memo that you want the judgment on merits. If judgment goes against you. You may prefer appeal to the next appellate authority.
As per guidelines issued by the Supreme Court of India, grievances against Judicial Officers are required to be sent on sworn affidavit with verifiable facts to the Registrar General of the concerned High Court. However, judges have absolute immunity from civil cases, which protects them from personal lawsuits. The principle of absolute immunity shields government officials from being sued while they serve in an official capacity and it extends to judicial officers, including court judges. Instead, when nobody from the opposite party appeared at any hearing of the case, you can appeal for an ex-parte order upholding your claim and get the order executed through the process of execution that involves the issue of a warrant of arrest against the OP if they fail to appear before the Court or execute the order of the Consumer Court.
