Regarding plot purchase in Bangalore
We are planning to purchase site in Bangalore my concerns are
1. Developer is saying land is DC converted E khata . But individual site will get manual khata 9/11b
2.in dc conversion order it is mentioned..land can be used for personal housing -agriculture .what does it mean ?
3. When we asked for the document he said after paying token amount it will take 1 week time to make papers.. why is it so?
4.this is of 4 partners and there is no project name. When we asked they said they not yet decided the name .. without project name local bodies will give layout permission?
5.they also Said if u want will decide 30/40 side into half and will give.. can he do like this legally ? Becz every site has its own akarband and same has been registered.. can ge Change this and give according to his wish?
Request you to please clarify the doubts
According to the Bangalore Bruhat Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), it is generally advised that you should not buy a DC-converted land with no katha as it comes under the B Khata category. The BBMP does not provide property approval to the property unless it has A Khata. Hence, people avoid buying DC-converted properties.
