I own a house and it has a small road through which I can only walk and enter only two wheeler vehicle on the left of my road there is a flat which consist of 4 house I buyed one of them which was for selling. Now I asked the other three owners to please remove their boundary walls so that I can enter four wheelers to my house but the other three are not allowing me to remove the boundary wall. In my house there a people who are aged 80 and 90 so if something happens I am carrying them in chair to the main road to get them to ambulance. They just have to remove their boundary wall. Is there any law for claiming it.

A.Dear Client,
A boundary wall of a building or plot is a common wall for a common purpose. So without the consent of all the residents of the Building, it is not possible to demolish a common wall to meet one's purpose. You may approach the District administration or municipal authority for the purpose but that also does not ensure any relief. You may file an application in the Public Grievance Cell of the DM's Office for a resolution in the matter.
