A.Dear Client,
If your father, prior to his demise, invested money in favor of his sons as per his desire, such a fund transfer would not be subject to intestate succession. The property left by your late father, excluding the funds transferred during his lifetime, would be eligible for intestate succession. Intestate property is evenly distributed among the surviving legal heirs of the deceased.

A.Dear Client,
When your father invested his money in favour of his sons as per his wish before his death, such a transfer of funds shall not be a subject matter for intestate succession. The property left by your deceased father other than that transfer of funds that was made by him when he was alive would be considered for intestate succession. An intestate property is equally distributed among the surviving legal heirs of the deceased.
