A.Dear Client,

Based on the current information, it seems there may not be a straightforward legal remedy or relief to recover the money lent to your friend, especially if there is no documentation or agreement in place. However, one potential step is to serve a legal notice to your friend, formally demanding the repayment of the remaining loan amount. It's important to note that the success of such a notice can vary, and it may or may not prompt the desired response from your friend. Consulting with a legal professional is recommended to explore available options and to ensure any communication is in line with legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

A.Dear Client,
Apparently, there is no legal remedy or relief feasible on the face of the record to get back your money lent to your friend even through litigation. However, you can serve a legal notice to your friend demanding the payment balance money of the loan which may or may not work.
