My grandpa is missing since 4years, his age is 77 years and he had slight memory loss issue, and we tried to search for him about 1year and this all happened durin covid time.
Now the concern is his property all transferred into his childrens and for that they have created fake death certificate that he died due to covid.
But reality is he is missing.

So is it possible to take legal action on it(as anonymous)? If so then what penalty they may get?

A.Dear Client,
An anonymous complaint is neither permissible nor acceptable in a Court of law. A complainant has to prove his complaint against the O P before the Court. Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 2015 is an Act of the Parliament of India that provides a mechanism to investigate alleged corruption and misuse of power by public servants and also protects anyone who exposes alleged wrongdoing in government bodies, projects, and offices. The wrongdoing might take the form of fraud, corruption or mismanagement. Every complaint has to include the identity of the complainant. The Act prescribes penalties for knowingly making false complaints. So, following the provision of said Act, you can make a complaint against the persons who are involved in the crime of making a fake document for ulterior motives.
