A.Dear Client,

In the given scenario, if you are subjected to victimization or unfair labor practices by your company, you should take the following steps:

1. Serve a legal notice to the company outlining your grievances and demanding appropriate action.
2. File a complaint against the company for alleged victimization and unfair labor practices before the concerned Labour Commissioner for redressal.
3. If the company terminates or retrenches you without notice or payment in lieu of notice, and you are classified as a workman under Section 2(s) of the Industrial Dispute Act, you can directly raise an industrial dispute before the State Government Industrial Tribunal under Section 2A of the ID Act for illegal termination.
4. If you hold the position of Manager or Administrative Officer in the company, you may need to file a civil suit before the Civil Court seeking appropriate relief in the matter.
