I want a legal help, matter is, how many time joining period may be extended or allowed for a pregnant woman who is selected through Direct Recruitment but not joined her duties in a Raj. Govenment department.

A.dear client in your case Many times if there is any problem arise file a case before the high court and get the directions.

A.Joining period is for facilitation joining in the new post.In Genuine cases as per rules & service conditions allowed at the discretion of the Government. There is no question or provision to extend many times.You should use delgence in joining in govt service.
